Thank you for choosing a piece from Amalie Klingenberg. Each artwork is created by hand and is completely one of a kind. To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, please review the policy below.

Change of Mind

All original artworks and limited pieces are unique creations.
For this reason, I do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If you are unsure about colours, scale, framing or style, please reach out before purchasing. I’m always happy to provide additional photos, videos or guidance.

Custom Commissions

For commissioned artworks, the creative process begins specifically for you.
Once a commission has started, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Before beginning any custom piece, we will align on size, style, palette and expectations to ensure complete clarity.

Damaged Deliveries

If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

Take clear photos of the external packaging (showing all sides).
Take photos of the artwork itself, highlighting the damage.
Email the images and your order number to amalie@quistmail.dk

Please do not attempt to repair the artwork yourself.
I will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Lost Shipments

If your order does not arrive or appears lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible. I will assist with tracking the parcel and arrange either a refund or a replacement where applicable.

Artwork Descriptions & Colour Variations

I carefully photograph and describe each piece to show colours and textures as accurately as possible.
However, slight colour variations may occur due to different screen settings.
Returns or refunds cannot be accepted based on these variations.

Natural Aging of Artworks

Handmade artworks can develop natural changes over time depending on light, climate and materials.
This natural ageing is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return or refund.

Intellectual Property

All original works, prints and commissions remain the intellectual property of the artist, Amalie Klingenberg.
Purchasers may not reproduce or copy the artwork in any form without written permission.

Care & Handling

For longevity, please handle artworks carefully and keep them away from direct sunlight, moisture and extreme temperatures.
